These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lazy Filler ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Our service is offered through a paid subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at regular intervals. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. No refunds are offered, including for partial use or unused time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Spam, harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload or distribute malware or malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Bypass or interfere with security or access controls

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, design, and trademarks are the property of Lazy Filler or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service inappropriately.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Filler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via an in-app popup. Continued use of the service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Romania.
